Wilkommen!

Whether you know a lot of German already or not a single word, we hope you’ll join us soon for one of our many German language and cultural immersion programs.  We offered our first German language and cultural immersion program, Camp Waldsee, in 1961. Today, hundreds of people enjoy our German programs each year. 

Each German program has its own unique daily schedule, catered to the ages and interests of the participants, the time of year, and the length of the program. The seasons even play a role in the menu choices at Waldsee. Even though Waldsee staff adjust the schedules to best suit the learners for each session, some things always remain the same: fun activities, delicious food, a mix of structured and free time, music and sports, choices of activities — and of course, complete immersion in German language and culture.
