The following are the terms of Concordia Language Village’s cancellation policy:
|December 1 or earlier||100% Refunded including deposit.|
|December 2 to April 30||100% Refunded MINUS the non-refundable deposit.|
|May 1 to May 31||50% Refunded minus the non-refundable deposit.|
|June 1 and after||No Refunds Given|
Our financial policies are strictly applied to ensure our ability to continue our mission and programs. Cancellations and registrations are considered received in our office by referring to the postmark date or time-stamp of your fax, email or the date of your phone call. Initial deposit is non-refundable and due at registration to hold your child’s space in the desired session. Full tuition for the session must be paid by June 1. If you register after June 1, full payment is required at the time of registration.
Concordia Language Villages continues to be committed to discovering new programs and options to increase value for our camp families. Because our programs represent a significant investment, we highly recommend families consider purchasing insurance to provide coverage in the event of unforeseen cancellation or interruption of your attendance.
Many times the fun and excitement of camp is interrupted by unfortunate circumstances such as a family emergency or sickness, bags are lost or stolen or you may need to cancel due to other unforeseen circumstances. We are very excited to announce the availability of a Program Protection Plan through Trip Mate. The Program Protection Plan is available for purchase during the online registration process and if purchased, may protect up to the full cost of your session, and includes a variety of other benefits should the need arise. Plan cost is 7.5% of the session fee plus $5, and includes protection of the cancellation penalties (provided the requirements are met for coverage) for any reason.
